Audio Sync: Multicam — Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Updated on 2026-10-07

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Audio Sync: Multicam (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you accept them. If you disagree, please do not use it.

What the App does

The App analyzes the audio of the clips you choose to estimate how they line up in time, shows them together, and exports a timeline file for video editing software. Results are estimates: the App marks clips it is not sure about, and you should review the sync before relying on it.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

Your content

Your videos, audio and exported files are yours. The App processes them only on your device and does not upload them anywhere. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you use.

Third-party software

Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; exported files follow their public interchange formats and may need adjustments in future versions of those programs.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every clip will be synced or that the sync will be exact in every case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost work or lost data arising from the use of the App. Keep backups of your original media.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
